Sushi

Being friends with someone who loves to catch and eat fish can be a wonderful thing. This past weekend I got to help vacuum seal and eat all this yummy homemade sushi at the Bryan's house.  

This was Bluefin, Yellowfin and Yellowtail sashimi and nigiri, spicy tuna rainbow rolls, grilled Yellowtail ribs and collars, Hawaiian poke, spicy poke and a few hand rolls.
