Growing Green Onions

Don't throw these away!
They already have roots and are ready to plant in soil.
These guys were in a  plastic bag on the counter for two days and they have a little green growing on top.

After a few weeks they grow and become yummy green onions that you can eat right out of your window.
 We also have lettuce growing.
